Palmetto Suns Detailing - Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the highest quality service and manage our limited shop space and material costs effectively, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

General Deposit and Payment Policy

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your paint restoration or ceramic coating appointment. This deposit guarantees your exclusive time slot in our shop and covers the initial cost of specialized materials ordered for your service.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your service is due upon completion and vehicle pickup.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

For Detailing Packages:

(Sunrise Detail, Ocean Breeze Detail, Beachfront Detail, Mobile Sunrise Detail, Mobile Ocean Breeze Detail)

  • No Deposit Required: A deposit is not required for these services.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours advance notice.

  • No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced for a $50 no-show/cancellation fee.

For Paint Correction/Restoration jobs:

Deposit: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure a slot in our shop.

  • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is permitted if you provide at least 48 hours advance notice of your scheduled appointment.  Rescheduling must be within 30 days of your originally scheduled date.

  • Forfeiture: The deposit will be forfeited if:

    • You cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

    • You fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.

For Ceramic Coatings:

Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Lifetime, Borophene, etc.

  • For Tier 1 & Tier 2 Coatings: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required.

  • For Tier 3, Lifetime, Borophene & Liquid PPF: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Rescheduling with Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unexpected events can occur. In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as a vehicle breakdown or an accident, you will be permitted one rescheduling.

    • The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original scheduled date.

    • If you do not re-book within this 30-day window, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Forfeiture: The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the appointment, fail to show, or do not re-book within the 30-day window allowed for extenuating circumstances.
